After becoming a mother to four boys, Becky recognized the importance of maintaining her fitness and well-being. She embraced running to stay fit and active and completed her first marathon on her 30th birthday. In 2007, Becky's fitness journey took an exciting turn as she discovered CrossFit and has been coaching and competing in it ever since.
